There are no prerequisites for attending this course.


To be eligible for certification, the participant must hold an active CSM certification and is required to have at least 12 months of experience in a Scrum Master role. The participant should have also completed all the training components assigned by the trainer. 

A-CSM Certification

The A-CSM certification is offered by Scrum Alliance, a globally recognized body responsible for issuing Scrum certifications. 

No, you have to take the A-CSM course to get certification. The trainer will be able to evaluate your understanding of the ScrumMaster role during these sessions based on which the certificate shall be issued. 

After achieving the A-CSM certification you can further enhance your Scrum competency by pursuing any of the following certifications: 

  • Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)   
  • Certified Team Coach℠ (CTC℠)   
  • Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®)   
  • Certified Enterprise Coach℠ (CEC℠)

Once you complete your training, you will get your login from Scrum alliance through email. 

Yes, you will receive a course completion certificate once you complete the training.

On completing the 16-hour training, along with all the necessary coursework assigned by the trainer, you will be asked to validate your eligibility and accept the A-CSM license. On accepting the license, you become an A-CSM certified professional.  

Course Experience  

The course is delivered through live and interactive instructor-led training sessions.


You will be able to listen, learn, and ask questions, to get all your doubts clarified from your instructor, who will be an experienced practitioner. 

All our classes are currently online. The online course is divided into several sessions of short durations. 


The in-person classes are for two days with eight hours of session on each day.

Zeolearn instructors are CSTs with decades of experience in Scrum and in training the A-CSM course material. They are also subject matter experts, active in Scrum related roles across industries.  

Most of the class time is dedicated to exercises, discussions, and team collaboration, all facilitated by the CST. The course will focus on practical solutions to real-world scenarios.  

You will need an internet browser and a tool like MS Word or notepad with windows or an equivalent environment and a fast internet connection. 

Yes, the course material will be provided in advance. You will receive an email with a link to set your password, a few days in advance to course start date. This will give you access to the study plan and all the course materials. 

The course material will include the course schedule, workbooks, assignments, assessments, and case studies. 

The sessions would be auto-recorded subject to permission by Scrum Alliance and the CST. You will have a lifetime access to the video recordings of training sessions. 

No, you should not attend training through a phone or tab. Please join the training on a laptop or desktop.  

If you get disconnected during the training, you will be able to re-join within half-an-hour, subject to accreditation body guidelines and instructor’s preference. 

Our training sessions are currently held online. Anyone with a stable internet, from anywhere across the world, can access the A-CSM training and benefit from it.   

We will send you a registration link through e-mail. You will get to set your password, log in to our platform, and start your learning journey.    

If you miss a class, you will be able to access the class recordings at any time. At the start of every session, there will also be a 10-12-minute recap of the previous class.  

No, this will be a live and interactive instructor-led training session during which you will be trained by accredited trainers. 

We are currently using the Zoom platform for video conferencing. All the sessions and recordings will be available right from our learning platform. 

Yes, there are other participants who actively participate in the class. They remotely attend the online sessions from office, home, or any place of their choosing.
