Frequently Asked Questions

Big Data is an expression given to large volumes of data that organizations store process. However, the ever-increasing volumes of data are becoming very difficult for companies to store, retrieve and process data. The problem lies in the use of traditional systems to store enormous data.Though these systems were running successfully a few years ago, with rising amount and complexity of data, these are soon becoming obsolete. Hadoop, offers the perfect solution for storing, handling, evaluating and retrieving large volumes of data for a variety of applications, which is why global giants in the fields of retail, banking and finance, social media and many other sectors are actively using Hadoop as part of their growth strategy.Career prospects for Hadoopers are infinite - from a Hadoop Developer, to a Hadoop Tester to a Hadoop Architect, and so on.
