A Scrum framework is popular with many giant MNC’s like Google, 3M, IBM, Spotify, Ernst, and Young. The reason is simple – A Scrum Framework facilitates high-quality results within a short period. In this framework, the role of the Scrum Master is very pivotal. He not only acts as a bridge between the Product Owner and the development team but also is the backbone of the development process. Scrum masters mitigate many impediments, conflicts that the team encounters and coaches the team from time to time to achieve the desired outcome.
A CSM® (Certified Scrum Master) course addresses the soft skills required such as team dynamics, team motivation, planning and estimation that are necessary to become an efficient and competent Scrum master. It also provides a comprehensive overview of the Scrum and Agile Framework. According to a recent survey by the State of Scrum report, 85% of the Scrum users are enjoying the fruits of the Scrum and they will continue to use the Scrum as they believe that the Scrum improves the quality of work life. A CSM® is a formal, industry-accepted way to acquire all the skills that are needed to become a successful Scrum master.
