There are no prerequisites for attending this course.  


It is recommended to have a knowledge of the Scrum Guide and the Agile manifesto. It will also be beneficial to have an ICP-ATF certification, but these requirements are not mandatory. 

ICP-ACC Certification

The ICP-ACC certification is offered by International Consortium of Agile (ICAgile).

No, you have to take the ICP-ACC course to get the certification. The trainer will be able to evaluate your understanding of the Agile Coach role during these sessions based on which the certificate shall be issued. 

After achieving the ICP-ACC certification you can further enhance your Agile credentials by acquiring any of the following certifications: 

  • ICP-ATF (Agile Team Facilitation) 
  • ICP-ENT (Agility in Enterprise) 
  • ICP-CAT (Coaching Agile Transitions) 
  • ICE-AC (Expert in Agile Coaching)

Yes, you will receive a digital badge which you will be able to add to your email signature, resumé and social profiles.

Yes, you will receive a course completion certificate once you complete the training.

On completing the 24-hour training, along with all the necessary coursework assigned by the trainer, you will get an email from ICAgile containing your ICP-ACC Certification.

Course Experience

The course is delivered through live and interactive instructor-led training sessions.


You will be able to listen, learn, and ask questions, to get all your doubts clarified from your instructor, who will be an experienced practitioner.   

All our classes are currently online. The online course is divided into several sessions of short durations. 


The in-person classes are for three days with eight hours of session on each day.

Zeolearn instructors are experts with decades of experience in Agile coaching and in training the ICP-ACC course material. They are also subject matter experts, active in Agile related roles across industries.

Most of the class time is dedicated to exercises, discussions, and team collaboration, all facilitated by the trainer. The course will focus on practical solutions to real-world scenarios.

You will need an internet browser and a tool like MS Word or Notepad with Windows or an equivalent environment and a fast internet connection. 

Yes, the course material will be provided in advance. You will receive an email with a link to set your password, a few days in advance to course start date. This will give you access to the study plan and all the course materials.

The course material will include the course schedule, workbooks, assignments, assessments, and case studies.

The sessions would be auto-recorded subject to permission by ICAGile and the trainer. You will have a lifetime access to the video recordings of training sessions. 

No, you should not attend training through a phone or tab. Please join the training on a laptop or desktop.

If you get disconnected during the training, you will be able to re-join within half-an-hour, subject to accreditation body guidelines and instructor’s preference. 

Our training sessions are currently held online. Anyone with a stable internet, from anywhere across the world, can access the ICP-ACC training and benefit from it. 

We will send you a registration link through e-mail. You will get to set your password, log in to our platform, and start your learning journey.

If you miss a class, you will be able to access the class recordings at any time. At the start of every session, there will also be a 10-12-minute recap of the previous class.

No, this will be a live and interactive instructor-led training session during which you will be trained by accredited trainers.

We are currently using the Zoom platform for video conferencing. All the sessions and recordings will be available right from our learning platform.

Yes, there are other participants who actively participate in the class. They remotely attend the online sessions from office, home, or any place of their choosing.
