Oracle has announced the Oracle Management Cloud built on an incorporated platform with big data techniques and machine learning against the large operational data set. Developers can achieve high performance by incorporating management telemetry early and continuously in delivery pipeline builds. Now production issues can be avoided by developers when they start using Oracle Management Cloud.
DevOps companies are benefited from this release, where they can deliver new functionalities quickly and smoothly into production on an agile and additional support.
The two things that benefit developer by this release is:
-
Maintaining conceptual consistency across all the environments is simpler now. The conceptual consistency across all regions is done by incorporating continuous telemetry inside CI/CD flow.
-
The ability to enable new code and features to be arrived in production along with operational knowledge like performance metrics, topological flow maps and logs are attached in advance and ready for usage.
Three new areas that are included in Oracle Management cloud are:
-
Freshness of monitoring
-
Configuration as Software
-
Automation
In the first phase freshness of monitoring the artifacts is checked. During the second phase configuration of the software as the part of the application is done. Finally, in the third phase Monitoring of the application changes is required to make sure that if any manual intervention is not needed. This deployment process is not just done for integrating a random monitoring and management tool but for incorporating your solutions as an application feature that grows/reduces with the application and that increases the performance and accuracy.
