In accordance to Belong’s Talent Supply Index Survey, a primary indicator which helps organizations to measure values and timelines, with the rampant uptrend in the approval of loT and machine learning interconnected activity in India, the request for IOT talent has puffed up to 304% between 2014 to 2017.
The Talent Supply Index(TSI) is based on publicly available data and Belong’s platform data, including online communities, discussion forums, inbound recruiting channels and more. The TSI for June 2017 has shared 1.6M jobs founded in India, to help firms foresee and calculate acquisition efforts for critical jobs in the world of technology.

Demand supply for core AI, IoT and cloud: Security Engineers, Devops Engineers,Data scientists rank 0.4, 0.7 and 0.8 respectively. This proves that the contract will continue for tech organizations in emerging technologies.
High mobility for Python developers and Mobile developers:These market individuals move organizations faster compared to Software Architects and Data Scientists, whose average term is 5.3 years and not less than 1.8 years in an organization.
