Deloitte’s (Global Human Capital Trends 2016) report unveiled that the percentage of usage of people analytics by companies had escalated to 32% in 2016 from 24% in 2015. The report says that the percentage of organizations that are ready to amplify predictive models had increased from 10 percent to 12 percent. According to the report, 7,000 business and HR leaders from 130 countries were interviewed in the survey.
Businesses around the world have begun using Artificial Intelligence to analyze the performance of their workers.
