The Impact and Value of Artificial Intelligence in Business Management

Deloitte’s (Global Human Capital Trends 2016) report unveiled that the percentage of usage of people analytics by companies had escalated to 32% in 2016 from 24% in 2015. The report says that the percentage of organizations that are ready to amplify predictive models had increased from 10 percent to 12 percent. According to the report, 7,000 business and HR leaders from 130 countries were interviewed in the survey. Businesses around the world have begun using Artificial Intelligence to analyze the performance of their workers. As the journey of HR is progressing from chief talent executive to chief employee experience officer, there is a need for HR to use Artificial Intelligence, a modern approach to determine the activities, objectives and intention of the employees. In this way Artificial Intelligence helps HRs and managers in hiring talented employees and in persuading existing workers. We all very well know that Big Data is the backbone of Artificial Intelligence. This made  the organizations study the complete work cycle of all employees in a simple and easy way.
