Amazon has announced the acquisition of Thinkbox Software.Think software basically develops and manage solutions for media and design content creation solutions.
Services that are offered by Thinkbox software are: Render management (“Deadline”), particle meshing(“Frost”), geometry caching(“XMesh”) and set of particle rendering solutions(“Krakatoa”) among other tools. Thinkbox Software’s solution has designed both on cloud-based and on-premises working.
Founder and CEO Christopher Bond of Thinkbox Software has posted on a website that their company would extend “business as usual” as it is now working together with Amazon Web Services:
“We’re excited to announce that we’ve been acquired by Amazon! We’ll be joining the Amazon Web Services family, and we’re looking forward to working together to deliver exciting customer offerings. At this point, it’s still business as usual for us. We’ll continue to provide you, our customers, with remarkable support whether you work on-prem, in the cloud or both”, says Chris and the Thinkbox Team.
Amazon has acquired Thinkbox software to extend the services of the basic cloud computing.There has been a huge progress globally in streamed digital video content. Through this deal, there are great opportunities for building and selling many services to businesses and developers.They have already started giving back-end support not only in delivering content and also in creating the content as well.
