PSM Training

Apart from becoming a Professional Scrum Master you will also learn to embrace the role of a servant leader, learn to resolve conflicts, and learn to apply Scrum principles and practices. 

With the certification you will be proficient in scrum, be able to network with Agile and Scrum professionals, grow your career with newly acquired skills. 

No, anybody interested in acquiring skills that focus on collaboration and team performance can attend this course. The course will focus on product development including software. 

Basic knowledge of Scrum is recommended for this course but is not necessary.

There are courses that will help you build on your Scrum Master Skills. PSM II, and PSM III will be the courses that will further enhance your knowledge and get superior credentials.

PSM Certification

The certification will be issued by scrum.org which is the globally recognized body that certifies professionals of their proficiency in Agile. 

No, you will need to attend the course to take the exam. To learn you need to be trained by professionals with hands-on experience. 

After you complete your 16 hours of training scrum.org will send you your login.

Yes, everybody who completes the mandatory 16 hours of training will be awarded with a course completion certificate. 

After completing your 16 hours of training, you will be eligible to take a test. Once you pass this exam you will get certified. 

PSM Exam

The exam lasts for 60 minutes. You need to score a minimum of 85%. There will be 80 Multiple Choice Questions.

This is an open book exam. Our training will get you familiar with all the concepts you need to know to pass the exam easily. 

This will be an online test. It will be sent as an email from Scrum.org after you complete your two-day training. 

You will not be able to pause the test. You will have to finish it within 60 minutes. If there is an interruption in your connection or any technical difficulty you can access the same exam link and it will be at the question you stopped at. If your technical problem lasts for a longer duration, you will be able to set up a new test by sending a mail to support@scrum.org  

You can reattempt the test withing 14 days. Two attempts are allowed at no extra cost during the 14-day period. If you want more than two attempts, you will have to pay a fee. 

You will get the result as soon as you finish the exam. 

Workshop Experience

The sessions will be online and interactive in nature. You will learn by listening to instruction of a qualified trainer. There will be discussion sessions where any doubts and ideas can be discussed to enhance your understanding of the topics. 

The classroom sessions were a two-day program with 7 to 8 hours spent on training each day. The online course is divided into smaller sessions. The sessions will be done over video conference giving the participants and the trainer opportunities to interact with each other.  


There will also be exercises and activities where participants will collaborate with each other. 

This program will be led by Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs). They are licensed by Scrum.org to teach this course. They also have hands-on industry experience and will help you understand how to execute the concepts that you learn. 

You will need a Windows or an equivalent environment along with an internet browser and a fast internet connection.  

Yes, you will be receiving a login link. On logging in you will get access to course materials and accompanying instructions. It will include course materials, schedule, workbooks, assignments, case studies, and assessments. 

The sessions will be auto recorded, and you will have access to watch recordings subject to permission from the trainer and Scrum.org. 

No, you will need to use a laptop or a desktop to participate in this training. 

You will be able to login again if you lose your connection. In case you miss a class, you will be able to view a recording. These will be subject to the instructor’s preferences and Scrum.org’s guidelines. 

You will get a registration link to our learning platform. 

All our sessions are conducted online, you can attend these from anywhere if you have a fast internet connection. 

All the classes will be live and interactive. We use Zoom platform for all our classes now we will be integrating more platforms in the future.
